We were told you were on your time off. We could not speak highly enough of the Palladium Palace, we love this hotel and will be back. The breakfast is delish, so much to choose from, thank you very much to staff, you are brilliant and so pleasant, big smile every morning for everyone. I would like to mention the Manager in the breakfast room, you are so competent in your duties, making sure we are all well taken care of. Thank you again. Our room was so well taken care of each day, cleanliness is exceptional, thank you ladies. Loved the refurbishment of the room so bright 🌞 We have been staying at the Palladium Palace a number of years now and we keep going back. Best Rome has you offer. Back in Dublin, Ireland now. On arrival we were given a free upgrade, and our room was lovely. The breakfast was varied with plenty of hot and cold options, including fruits and pastries. We found the staff friendly and helpful, always saying hello and offering assistance on tourist options etc. They kindly printed our return boarding passes, free of charge. The location is great, walkable to the Colosseum and Trevi fountain. Being close to the terminal was great for going further and getting to and from the airport. The Leonardo express was €14 euro each to the airport and very easy to use. We would use this hotel again on a return trip.

Our third stay here, just down the street from Termini station - perfect location for getting around. If you fancy a local mooch, it's around the corner from Maria Maggiori. We are an older couple and mobility is partially limited so central is best for us. We go back to this location for that reason. Rooms are good standard, of course this is a well- established hotel and they have been doing it right for many years. Request a ground floor room if you don't want to climb stairs, although there is a lift.

Hotel's staff is the gem and the best ever! Simple, clear, anything you throw at them - they will sort it out in a seconds. As for Rome - big rooms, nice showers, good wi-fi, fridge, clean - superb Location is perfect - close to any transportation, center, food places, supermarket, all places to visit - at walking distance if 20K steps is your thing :) 50EUR quality transportation to the Da Vinci airport.

Great breakfast on the terrace: a good variety of pastry, fruit, continental. The room was very spacious with high ceiling and a real window. Location was the reason I mainly chose this hotel because it is a 5 min walk from the station and in a cool real (not touristic) neighborhood (once you leave the station behind). The front desk was able to also arrange an early check-in that is always a big plus.
